Custom Event Packages

Have an event you want to showcase? We work together to capture the spirit of your event, as well as you and your guests in action. Event promotional videos are great for attracting future attendees and maximizing the impact of your event.

What’s included?

  • Pre-Production Strategy Session

  • All raw photos and footage organized into a folder and digitally transferred for use as you please

  • 15 High-Quality, edited photos

  • Desired Promotional Video(s), generally a 1-3 minute promotional video with or without 30-second ad-style video(s)

  • Two revision cycles, one adjustment cycle and one tweak cycle

 
 
 

Wedding Video Package

We make sure we capture all the meaningful moments from your special day. Ahead of time, I conduct a planning session to go over the day-of details and wedding timeline. On the day of, my team shoots for the entire day to capture all the special moments. You receive your wedding video package within three weeks of your wedding day!

What’s included?

  • Pre-Wedding Planning Session

  • 6 to 8 minute wedding film

  • 1 minute teaser designed for sharing on social media (like Instagram)

  • Optional:

    • Video of full ceremony

    • Video of all speeches

 
 
 

Full Day Video (6-8 HRS)

We work together for a full day to execute your project. Prior to shooting we go through a thorough Pre-Production process to understand the vision and to align on a potential shot list. After filming we go through the Post-Production stage to put together our creation(s).

What’s included?

  • Pre-Production Strategy Session

  • All raw photos and footage organized into a folder and digitally transferred for use as you please

  • 15 High-Quality, edited photos

  • Desired Video(s), this will vary based on the project

Quick Video-shoot (1-2 HRS)

A quick video-shoot can be good for capturing a short event, a workout edit, highlight reel, couple’s ad, etc.

What’s Included?

  • Short Pre-Production Strategy Session

  • All raw photos and footage organized into a folder and digitally transferred for use as you please

  • Desired Video(s), this length of time usually generates a promotional video under 2 minutes

  • Two revision cycles, one transformation cycle and one adjustment cycle

Drone & Aerial Footage | $250

  • Includes 1-2 hours of drone filming to incorporate into your other footage or to be given for use as you please.

  • All footage will be organized and transferred.

1-2 HR Photoshoot | $200

  • You select a location and bring the outfits / necessary props and we will do as much as we can in the 1-2 hours we have. You pick 10 for me to edit afterwards and the raws are yours.

15-30 Sec IG / FB Promo | $250

  • You need a quick ad of some sort or highlight reel that will be about 15-30 seconds to be posted on Instagram and / or FB and will only require about ~1 hour of filming.
